Received alarming complaints of mis-advertising and low quality of watches.

Customers claimed chronograph movements did not poses stop watch functions. In few cases the watch stopped working and no replacement was issued.

In three cases the watches did not arrive at all, and credit card fraud had to be filed. I was not informed as to the outcome of the complaint.
